Sarah Joy is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, NLP Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, along with having completed valuable training to facilitate the New Ways For Families Pre Mediation Coaching program.

She is an Accredited Youth Mental Health First Aider, a passionate Global Ambassador for the child abuse prevention initiative and consent training program ‘My Body Is My Body’ - a proud member of the International Society For The Prevention Of Child Abuse And Neglect and additionally is a certified independent Parent Educator: for the Attached at the Heart Parenting Program (Attachment Parenting International) and is additionally certified as a Positive Discipline Parent Educator.  

Sarah Joy is also a teacher for the practice of iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation plus trauma informed Yoga for Children - and has completed a number of other professional development training courses including Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Client Centered Transactional Intelligence Coaching and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - as well as having completed training to safely and confidently support victims and survivors of family violence. 

With personal experience previously working within both corporate environments and educational institutions, Sarah Joy is equipped with a broad spectrum perspective of being able to relate to wherever it is in life you may find yourself - or feel yourself - right now.
